Q: Can I provide the bag for a custom order?

A: Yes, but please let me know before placing an order. 

Q: Can an order be changed after I already paid?

A: Yes, but please contact me during the first 24 hours of placing your order so the necessary changes can be made.

Q: Can I get a refund on an item?

A: All items are hand made and/or designed with a specific client in mind so there is a strict no return policy. 

Q: How long does it take to receive an item?

A:  Prints take one business day to process before delivery. All other items can take weeks to make but if you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to receive updates on your item.

Q: Can prices be negotiated?

A:  No. Please keep in mind that the total amount paid is applied to supplies as well as the labor of the artist.

Q: What if I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail?

A:  Most of the time you may have misspelled your email. Our system sends out an email as soon as purchase is made.
